Well, it looks like the weather is going to give us a one day reprieve this week, and we can hopefully get our first concert in (pending field inspection later today). The field will more than likely be damp, so BRING A CHAIR !! This week's band "The All Night Boogie Band" is an up and coming group from Burlington that was the Vermont Blues Society's representative in the International Blues Challenge, sponsored by The Blues Foundation, in Memphis, TN in 2022. They play a mix of blues standards and their own originals, and will have you rockin' !! THE SHOW IS FREE, and runs from 5:30-8. Parking will be our major concern, as we lost a lot of spaces to the flood, so please come early and consider car pooling. Overflow will be directed to BPMS, so respect the Peasley Path. It seems most of the help that was going to do parking is away this week for one reason or another, so please contact Paul Stephens at paultsteph@aol.com if you can help get cars parked and the event running smoothly. Good Times will be there with their food truck, and Stone Corral will be serving up root beer, seltzer and kombucha. Hopefully there will be a vendor with baked goods and some Huntington Valley artisans displaying/selling their wares. The Corral is also matching donations up to $250/week again this year, and the beneficiary this week will be Partners In Education. AGAIN I MUST REMIND YOU, THERE ARE NO GARBAGE CANS AT THE FIELD. BRING OUT WHAT YOU BRING IN !! Looking forward to bringing the community together with the magic elixir of music.
