Come to the DAR John Strong Mansion/Museum for a free program about Bennington Battle Day. Jonah Spivak, the Communications Coordinator for Bennington and a local history buff has been working on 250th-related planning since 2017. He lobbied for the creation of a VT 250th Anniversary Commission and this was established by executive order in 2020. The talk is free and open to the public. It will be outdoors at 6656 VT RT 17W, next to the DAR State Park. Bring your own chair!
