PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)
The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on August 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:

J & M Properties c/o Jean- Paul Cyr and Mathew Cyr, Applicant, is requesting Final Plan approval for a proposed 2-lot minor subdivision located at 215 Poor Farm Rd, described as Parcel # 211079-000000/ 211079-000001, SPAN 396-123-10844/ 10842. The existing lot contains a single-family dwelling and a lumber yard (Cyr Lumber), and the proposal is to divide 47.58 acres from the larger parent parcel. The subject property is owned by Norman Cyr, is recorded as having 305.72 acres, and is located within the Medium Residential (R2) zoning district, and the Arrowhead Lake Planning Area.

E. Jen Baird & R. Reid Hutchinson, owner/applicant are requesting Final Plan approval for a proposed 9-lot Major Conservation Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 52 Lake Road. Subdivision proposes a new private road, connection to municipal water, and private well and septic for remaining lots. Subject parcel is described as Parcel #215004.000000, SPAN 396-123-11661, recorded as having 53.15 acres, and is located within the Medium Density Residential (R2) zoning district, and the Arrowhead Lake Planning Area.
