Introduction to Butchering I: Poultry, Lamb & Goat

Join us for a two-day workshop - "Introduction to Butchering I: Poultry, Goat, and Lamb" at Roma's Butchery, hosted by VTSU Center for Agriculture and Food Entrepreneurship (CAFE) on September 9th-10th!

This workshop, led by Elizabeth Roma and hosted by VTSU, is part one of a series on butchering. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on training in the basics of butchering these meats. Participants will also take home their prepared meats and an entry-level knife.

If you're keen to dive into butchering or just want to learn some new skills, this could be a great start. More events in the series will follow, so stay tuned!
