Peaches, Plums and Pluots
Join this hands-on baking class on August 17 at Richmond Community Kitchen!
In this class, we'll use seasonal stone fruits to make 3 magnificent but easy to put together desserts: Peach and Frangipane Toast, Plum Torte, and Pluot Galette. We love these recipes for their versatility -- you can mix and match other stone fruits like nectarines and apricots, or add your favorite berries.
We'll talk about other ways to change it up by adding different flavorings or spices, using other types of flour, and baking in a variety of pan sizes -- all the while sampling everything we made in class and toasting our success with a refreshing homemade Peach Sangria!
