Hi Neighbors,

The Select Board is planning a meeting for the town to come together to talk about the flood damage and answer questions you might have. That date is being decided on and will be announced soon.

The Select Board has 100% of the power, our Road Committee has 0% of the power but does make reports and eventually recommendations to the Select Board. That being said, we will have some excellent information in the first part of our meeting and you are all welcome to come in person or zoom in from home. Please remember there are official rules regarding these meetings. You must raise your hand and wait to be called upon to ask a question, and you must direct your comments and questions to me. Approve Minutes of June 27, 2024, regular meeting

5:05 – Team Fix - Update on what has happened in the last 8 Days, and what is planned for the next month. Dirt Tech and other People and entities helping in recovery. Discussion.

5:30 - Team Friends - Ideas and planning Town hall meeting to discuss the flood of July 2024. Next survey suggestions and planning. Other ideas to communicate with and help the community.

5:50 - Team Funding - Update on Hazard Grant Pre-Applications due August 18, 2024. Safe Roads for all due August 29, 2024. Are we eligible? Do we have a volunteer to follow up with this and dig deeper?

6:10 – Team Future – What is needed for next steps? What would be helpful to have prepared for future events?
