Westmore's Path Forward is a 3-month "Community Visit" process facilitated by the Vermont Council on Rural Development (VCRD), a neutral nonprofit organization that has worked in over 85 Vermont towns. VCRD was invited by the Westmore Selectboard to help the community connect, brainstorm ideas, and identify important priorities for the future of town.
