Art has the power to transform and enrich our community, fostering creativity, connection, and cultural understanding. At 5-Town Friends of the Arts, we raise a significant portion of our funds through our annual Silent Auction on the Bristol green every July 4th. We deeply appreciate the local businesses and individuals who donate an impressive variety of goods, services, and gift certificates to make the auction a success, as well as everyone who participates.
Your generosity and tax-deductible donations empower our local artists and creators, providing them with the resources to do their best work. One-time donations help the arts thrive in our community, and this year, inspired by our local PBS affiliates, we are introducing a way to set up a monthly pledge. This ensures continued support for our efforts to bring a wide range of arts events to Bristol, Lincoln, Starksboro, New Haven, and Monkton.
Art stimulates creativity and brings people together, creating shared experiences that transcend differences and build stronger, more vibrant communities. By supporting the arts, we invest in the cultural fabric of our region, enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
