Join South Hero Land Trust intern Parker Rouse at Round Pond to explore the overlooked world of grasslands and the rich biodiversity they hold. Hailing from the grasslands of Minnesota, Parker is exited to share his enthusiasm for these underdog ecosystems and the amount of biodiversity they have.
Parker will also teach us about ecosystem succession and the importance of grasslands in the Champlain Valley and their role in protecting biodiversity for the region.
