The fun begins with the Greensboro Funky Fourth Parade down Breezy Avenue at 10 AM. It transitions at the Town Hall Green where a free picnic of sausages, hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream and cookies await all visitors. At noon next to the picnic, the Annual Charity Auction of home-made desserts and artwork begins. Then at 5:30 PM at Highland Center, music, dancing, sugar-on-snow and outdoor games finish the day's festivities.

Dessert donations should be dropped off Saturday before the parade at Town Hall. Artwork donations can be dropped off anytime during the 4th of July week.
