Please vote on the 2025-2026 school budget on or before Tuesday, March 4, 2025! Learn more about the proposed budget at http://www.mrpsvt.org/budget The proposed $32M budget is 7.58% more compared to this current year, mostly driven by the cost of salaries and benefits for employees. The proposed budget would result in no significant changes in terms of programs and support for students or staffing levels. The estimated impact on the residential tax rate should this budget pass is a decrease of -1.52% in Montpelier and -4.57% in Roxbury.
