South Hero Recreation Bicycle Event #1

Bike to Burlington for Lunch! Group biking event for ages 8 to 80. Group size is limited to the first 20 respondents since that is the ferry capacity. Bring at least $5 for ice cream and bring snacks, lunch and plenty of water in a backpack for riding or a bag attached to the bike. Carol T would welcome any adult chaperones or just adults wanting to do the ride. Riders need a good working bicycle either road bike or mountain, a spare tube in case of flats.

Meet at the bike ferry parking lot on Martin Road in South Hero at 10 AM on Thursday, June 27, 2024 and plan to be back around 3PM that day. If you have questions or to register for this event, contact Carol Tremble at 802-372-6313 or cbtremb88@yahoo.com. Free event for anyone from South Hero who wants to participate and if the $5 for ice cream is too much for your family, the Town Recreation department or Carol will cover it. Parents please download the Waiver form at https://southherovt.org/departments/rec/ or sign one when dropping off your child for the event.
