When's the last time you let yourself just be still? Join us Friday, June 21, 7:00-8:30pm, to usher in the summer solstice with a relaxing evening of restorative Yoga and Ayurveda practices. You'll enjoy Trataka candle-gazing meditation, guided self-foot massage with herbal oil, restorative Yoga postures, and a mini Yoga Nidra.

Facilitated by Holistic Health Counselor Sarah L. Frederiksen, recently returned from 5-weeks of study in India.
