We are a collective of wellness practitioners sharing a common studio space in downtown Vergennes where we offer a variety of wellness classes, workshops & private appointments. We specialize in Yoga, Tai Chi Quan, Ayurveda, Reiki, women's support and empowerment, grief support, meditation, breathwork, and more.

Please note, our space is located on the 2nd floor at 179 Main St. at the top of a flight of stairs, and does not have a lift or elevator.
