I'm offering a jam making class on 7/11 from 10am-12pm. I've been canning for about 25 years and had many request to help others learn so I'm offering my first of hopefully several classes this year right here in Milton. Class fee is $40. You will learn the tools and skills needed to make your own jelly or jams! There will able a couple door prizes and participants will be going home with a jar of jam that they helped canned. I will send more details to anyone interested.
