On Sunday, June 23 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM the Pierce Hall Community Center's annual Ice Cream Social will be held in Rochester on the Park. This popular community event is free to everyone and features Vermont's own Wilcox Ice Cream, various toppings, and other sweets. Family games will also be set up in the park for all to enjoy.

This event will also include a historic car show. Car enthusiasts are invited to cruise into Rochester and display their historic car on the Park for others to view during this event. There is no registration or fee to join this car show.

In case of rain the ice cream social will be held inside Pierce Hall on main street in Rochester. This event is co-sponsored by Pierce Hall, Wilcox Ice Cream and the Lubeks.
