Join UVM Extension on on a FREE COVER CROPPING FIELD DAYS! On Monday November 10 from 1-3PM Agronomist Heather Darby will lead a tour of several farms in St. Albans Bay. Observe the maturation of plots evaluating short versus long season corn and the impact on cover crop planting date and establishment.

Come see how this conservation practice in increasing (estimates are that there are 12,000 acres of cover crops in Vermont this year) and its positive impact on water and soil quality!
