Are you interested in going out to dinner?

Come join us for an exceptional meal at the Rumney Harvest Dinner! The dinner is Saturday November 8th at 5:30PM. I love every Rumney event, but this one is my favorite! If you have never attended please come join us this year! Invite neighbors, friends, family!

Not only will you be enjoying a delicious dinner, but you will be supporting both the local food program at Rumney and The Middlesex Food Shelf.

There are currently empty boxes in the Rumney entry way waiting to be filled with non-perishable items for the food shelf. Soup, baking supplies, pasta, toiletries and more! Send items to school with your child and bring more with you to the dinner.

So what’s for dinner? Here’s the Harvest Menu:

Chef André Burnier and the students of New England Culinary Institute will prepare an amazing homemade biscuit--‐topped Turkey Pot Pie featuring Misty Knoll Turkey with a side of his famous garlic- buttered mashed potatoes. Oven roasted maple--‐glazed winter squash and locally grown mixed green salad with Rumney’s spectacular maple‐balsamic dressing, will accompany the meal. Dessert will include warmed gingerbread cake with ice cream.

Cold Hollow Cider, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters coffee and tea will be served.

Gluten Free or Vegetarian option available.

Find MORE information in the top left corner of the Rumney homepage. You will also find raffle tickets there! Feel free to email me or Liz at liz.scharf@gmail.com.

I’ll see you on the 8th!
