Want to experience a calmer nervous system in the New Year?
Come bathe in sound on Sunday afternoons at the Worcester Town Hall as Worcester-based sound healer & community herbalist Violet serenades you with gong, singing bowls, chimes, and more! The event begins with an opening circle at 1pm, followed by a one-hour sound bath and time to enjoy one of Violet's herbal tea blends afterwards.
Bring whatever mats, blankets, or other props you need for lying comfortably on the floor for an hour. Children welcome as long as they are able to be still & quiet for the hour.
Suggested donation $22-$44.
