Our annual community potluck dinner will be this Saturday June 8th beginning at 6 pm. Please bring a dish to share (with copy of your recipe --- we're planning a Brookfield Community Partnership Cookbook!) along with your place settings, beverages and cups. It'll be great to see neighbors and friends, and to welcome new folks to the Brookfield Old Town Hall after the long winter and multiple mud seasons, and to learn about this year's events!

This year, Brookfield Community Partnership (BCP) is facilitating donations to the Randolph Area Food Shelf (RAFS) at 12 Prince Street in Randolph, which has experienced increased demand and decreased funding. At our Potluck on June 8th, please bring donations from RAFS's list of preferred non-perishables:

• pasta
• pasta sauce
• baking supplies (flour, salt, sugar)
• canned vegetables
• canned meat (e.g., canned chicken)
• beans
• rice
• soup (Progresso brand is popular)
• coffee and tea

Please note: RAFS cannot accept opened packages or products past their expiration dates; normal family-sized items preferred over jumbo-size containers

The following Saturday, June 15 from 11am-2pm, we are hosting a Spring & Summer Clothing Swap! Pass along the clothes you no longer need or want and refresh your wardrobe with new-to-you finds! We'll gladly accept up to one bag of clothing per family. All contributions should be for spring/summer wear, clean, neatly folded and in good condition (nothing torn, in need of repair, etc.). Clothing and shoes for all ages are welcome!

You may bring your one bag to the 6/8 Potluck or drop off 6/10-14 to a collection tub on the BOTH entry. The $1 entry fee per adult supports the Brookfield Community Partnership, or you'll receive an Old Town Hall canvas bag (to stuff all your goodies into!) for a donation of $5 or more.
