The Acapella Choir of the Montpelier Community Gospel Choir, led by Rev. Verdis LeVar Robinson, presents "Our Ancestor's Prayers," a concert at The Old Meeting House (1620 Center Road) in East Montpelier on Sunday, June 9 at 4:00 PM.

The Montpelier Community Gospel Choir celebrates our 30th Anniversary this year, with Black History Month and Juneteenth Concerts at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier, as well as Acapella Concerts at various locations.

"Our Ancestor's Prayers" will honor the inspiring and reflective music of Dr. Ysaÿe M. Barnwell, Moses Hogan, and more, including "We Are," "Wanting Memories," "Hear My Prayer," and "The Battle of Jericho." Come ready to sing and dance with us! Tickets by donation at the door. All are welcome!
