Class Details:
Kick It is a 13 round, music-driven, kickboxing-inspired group fitness class. Rounds include a warm up, high-intensity intervals with kickboxing combinations, low impact movements, and a meditative cooldown. This fun and upbeat class will provide you with a full body workout and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Bring your yoga mat and water. All fitness levels are welcome!
About the Instructor:
Amy is a resident of Jeffersonville, and an AFAA and NASM certified kickboxing instructor. She is excited to bring this energetic, inclusive, empowering workout to our community!
