Come get a great workout and support natural science education for 360 K-5th grade students at Edmunds!
REV is hosting a morning of spin classes and donating 100% of the money raised to the Four Winds Nature Program at Edmunds Elementary School. Four Winds is a hands-on natural science program offered to all Edmunds' Elementary teachers by adult volunteers who attend monthly trainings and then bring science to life by conducting hand-on workshops in and outside the classroom on subjects from the Sun to insect life cycles to the importance of seeds. Through Four Winds students develop a love for natural science and an appreciation for the environment.
The event will be held Sunday November 2nd at the REV spin at Fitness studio located at 208 Flynn Ave.
Four 45-minute rides will be offered one at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 & 11:00.
The cost is $20 per ride and all of the money raised will go to support Four Winds at Edmunds. That's right, REV is donating the space & instructors!
No experience is necessary, just wear exercise apparel and shoes, bring a water bottle and be prepared to have fun.
We will have food and drinks and also be raffling off some great prizes such as a month's family membership to the Edge, classes at South End Studio and Body Resolutions a Fit Bit and more.
