Did your grandmother have a button box? Did you know there is a Vermont State Button Society? You can learn all about buttons on Monday, May 20th, from Lisa Wernhoff, an active member of the Vermont State Button Society. Hosted by the East Montpelier and Calais Historical Societies, the presentation and potluck will take place at the Old Brick Church, East Montpelier Village, just off Route 14 next to the Washington Electric Coop office. Optional potluck at 6:00 (bring your own place setting) and Lisa's talk at 7:00.

If you have any old buttons you'd like to show, please bring them along! The program is free and open to the public.
