Montpelier non-profit organization Planting Hope and the Bethany Church are sponsoring a benefit dinner and performance this Friday, Oct. 17th from 6-9pm. Dinner served from 6-7pm, followed by our Nicaraguan staff performing traditional and modern dances, skits about life in Nicaragua and music on the box drum. The evening ends with an invitation to learn and dance salsa, merengue, cumbia, palo de mayo and bachata. Tickets are available at the door, first come, first serve. Individuals: $12, Families: $30. All proceeds benefit Planting Hope's projects in Nicaragua and Bethany Church's sister community in El Salvador.
