This Saturday, May11th, is "Make Me a Fire Fighter Day" at the Woodbury Fire and Rescue Department.
Come on down to the station to say hi or inquire about what is involved in volunteering as a Fire Fighter or Emergency Medical Service volunteer. We will be at the station, next to the post office, between 9 am and 1 pm with coffee and refreshments. Children are welcome! You can also take a look at the plans for the new fire station.
As a volunteer, we train you and support you through the whole process. It is rewarding to help others in their time of need while belonging to a family of volunteers who feel the same way.
