Hello! We are a team of Middlebury College students in a senior year, community-engaged practicum course, working in partnership with the Bristol Conservation Commission to assess wildlife habitat and connectivity throughout the Bristol area. Through this project, we will create a report to present to the BCC and governance groups within the Town of Bristol to help inform development decisions in the 2025 Bristol Town Plan.
You may have seen recent posts about our survey! Thank you for filling it out. The time has come to present those results, as well as much more information we have collected.
To share our results with the community, we will be presenting at the Bristol Conservation Commission monthly meeting at 6PM on Thursday (5/9) in Holley Hall. This will be a comprehensive summary of the work we have done and the findings we have compiled, including camera trap image data, spatial analysis, as well as the survey results.
You can also tune in via Zoom at the following link:

We'd love to see you there and hear your questions! We have loved the opportunity to invest in the future of Bristol and are excited to pass on what we have learned.
