Back to the Future: Cottage Courts for Williamstown

The Planning Board is proposing a Warrant Article for the Town Meeting (on May 23rd) that would make it possible to develop Cottage Courts in Williamstown. Planning Board member Ken Kuttner will present on what Cottage Courts are in general, and the specifics of the Article, with Q&A to follow.
