Evergreen Place is hosting a community flu clinic this Thursday, 10/16/14 from 10:30 to 11:30AM. Nurses and staff from Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice will be available to administer flu shots. Please bring a Medicare card or proof of insurance for billing; otherwise, cost is $15.

Please also consider bringing an item for our local Food Shelf. We will have a collection bin available at the flu clinic. The Food Shelf could use practical items such as peanut butter. Thank you!!
