Have you been looking for a weekly movement practice you can do from home? Come to a Mov/ed Welcome Class!
I offer a slow-paced movement practice for mobility and balance via Zoom three mornings each week. The community of participants is small and welcoming and each person approaches the class a little differently—which is exactly the idea! My classes are offered as a space to gather for movement with an invitation to make of it exactly what you need on any given day.
**Start with a Welcome Class**
To join the class mailing list so you can drop in when you like, I ask everyone to first attend a "Welcome Class," in which we set aside time for introductions and what to expect in class. I also invite you to schedule a time to talk with me briefly beforehand, possibly just to say hi or to share your objectives or to learn more about my approach.

My weekly classes are offered online via Zoom on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 8am. Class fee is pay what you choose, with a suggested range of $5-$30.
