There are many ways to work with biodynamics. It can be really quick and easy or it can be very deep and methodical. This is a quick review of how to approach biodynamics.
I am not an expert, but I know that this is a very valuable way that we can contribute to the health of our Earth and ourselves and I have some knowledge that I'd like to share to help people to be comfortable with starting this practice.
This is not only just for farmers and gardeners, it can be for anybody who wants to share in this beautiful practice of healing, for any piece of the earth small or large.
