This is a 4- Part Meditation series!
Mondays May 13th & 20th June 3rd and 10th
At the Vermont Farmers Food Center (White Building)
Join us for an inclusive meditation experience led by our instructor, Alka, who believes in tailoring meditation to suit your body's needs. Whether you prefer to stand, sit, lay down, or quietly rock, you'll find a warm welcome in our space. The session will begin at 5:15pm with a 15-minute introduction, followed by a 15 minute meditation, and conclude with a 20-minute follow-up session with Alka to share your experience and insights.
Please bring along an item of comfort, whether it's a cozy blanket, yoga mat, pillow, or your favorite chair (chairs are also provided). After the meditation, there will be an opportunity for light conversation and relaxation, as well as light refreshments to nourish both body and soul. We look forward to sharing this journey of mindfulness connection and well-being with you.
