7:20 P.M. Municipal Energy Resilience Program – sign application for $4,000 Community Capacity Building Mini-Grant – Michael Gray (Planning Commission project)

7:30 P.M. Property Reappraisal – hear recommendation from Reappraisal Oversight Committee; sign agreement with NEMRC
