Sleep evades many people for so many different reasons.
In this class you will learn some basics of sleep hygiene, non-sleep deep rest tips, how to build movement moments and pauses into your day to shift out of the "go, go, go" pace of life and enjoy a gentle movement practice to unwind from your day and prepare for a restful night's sleep.
You will also receive an audio recording for you to follow along with once you settle into bed.
