ONE TOWN ONE BOOK SELECTION
We've chosen The Wisdom of Winter by Annie Selyer for our 3rd annual One Town, One Book Initiative, which aims to get everyone in town reading the same book! Seyler's novel is set in Vermont and offers themes of resilience in rural childhood and how it translates to a life of growth and self-discovery. It has won numerous accolades including the 2023 Fiction Book of the Year and Best in Literary Fiction by Independent Publishers of New England, a Finalist in Women's Fiction by the National Indie Excellence Awards, A Gold Winner of Readers Choice Award from Feathered Quill Book Awards, and A Gold Winner for Contemporary Novel by Firebird Book Awards.
