The Jericho Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on Tuesday, February 18, 7:00 pm at Town Hall (67-VT 15, Jericho, VT) and via Zoom to hear public comment on proposed changes to bylaws related to residential density per minimum lot area by zoning district in four zones that allow residential use. The proposed change will enable most residential uses allowed in each zone to be permitted on the minimum lot area for each zone. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend and comment.
