Join our "giving circle" group for our quarterly meeting to learn about and vote on the local non-religious, non-political 501(c)3 organization that will receive our donations this quarter. Members commit to one year of four $50 donations and may nominate and vote on the charities. New members are welcome and it's a great way to meet people and help a worthy cause. $50 doesn't seem like much of a donation to a needy non-profit, but 100 women x $50 = $5000, which can be a big boost to a local deserving charitable organization.
