Do you like to experiment and create recipes? The 2024 Annual Cooking Contest of the Capital City Grange in Berlin, VT invites creative cooks to come up with a recipe using 1-2 cups of Cabot cheese- or any cow, goat, or non-dairy cheese! (Cooks must bring the cheese packaging or sales slip.)

The recipe may be for an hors-doeuvre, main course, salad, or vegetable dish, or even a dessert! Judging will take place at the Grange on Sunday, May 4 at 4:30 PM, followed by a potluck, so we can all taste the entries. There will be celebrity judges (who must be able to taste the cheese!) and prizes. The Grange is located at 6612 VT. Rte 12.
