Flow Singing is both ancient and groundbreaking; a way of intentional, body-connected singing in community that grew out of my own presence practice during the pandemic. It is designed to meet you exactly where you are: seasoned singer, absolute beginner, or somewhere in the middle -- you are welcome to come try it out during the 1st week of the month, my treat, on either Tuesday midday or Thursday evening!

I teach all the songs in an easy, inclusive manner, and people comfortably find their own voices during the guided exploration.
