As part of the mission at OGGI BE, I am offering free monthly restorative group sessions for our community's activists, advocates, service providers, and first responders. Together they help us all heal, rise, and thrive!
Inspired by their work and dedication, I've designed these sessions to help them:
• Master work-life balance and find more joy and ease.
• Transform stress to feel lighter and more alive!
• Rediscover the passion and promise of the values-led work that they love.

Service careers can take a surprising toll on mental and physical health. They require mental, emotional, and energetic exertion that can lead to imbalance and strain the nervous system. Depending on the field, it's not uncommon to experience secondary trauma and work-related anxiety or grief. These sessions are supportive, therapeutic somatic experiences.
This is a movement-based workshop that helps you connect profoundly to the present and deeply to the self, restoring you to a state of feeling whole, safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
