Join Jenna and I for our next 'Cozy Cabin Collaboration' Saturday April 27th from 6:00-8:30 pm.
We begin with a Meditation, Gentle Yoga, then a Sound Bath while you receive Therapeutic Massage Touch by Jenna followed by Body Tuning Forks and Bowls.
Instruments played for the Sound Bath include many Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Handpan, Tongue Drum, Ocean Drum, Hand Drum, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes, Rattles, Space Drum and more.
Tea will be served after by the indoor fire where you can relax and hang out. Light Snacks provided and please feel free to bring your own to share as well.
Option to add on a Sauna Session before or after event. Please dm @the_elmore_spa for any inquires or to set this up.
Yoga mats provided. The Yoga part is basically 30 minute of very light gentle asana (postures) that are basically very therapeutic stretches, all seated positions or lying down.
Please bring an eye covering, something comfy to lay on and blankets for the Sound Bath.
