The Friends of Northern Lake Champlain are teaming up with Mill River Brewing to host a clean up of local waterways in the Saint Albans area.

Those interested should meet at Mill River Brewing on 10 Beauregard Drive in St. Albans at 9 a.m. on Sunday, April 14. At noon, participants will head back to the brewery and smokehouse for a pizza party to celebrate a job well done.

Those coming should dress for the weather and walking near streams to gather trash. Shoes and clothes that can get wet and muddy are essentials. Bring gloves to protect hands but know that there will be trash bags available for people to use.
