Hello Friends and Neighbors!
I hope you got an opportunity to see the beautiful solar eclipse yesterday. It was really cool!
Many people are not familiar with Microgreens. So what exactly are they? Microgreens are tiny edible plants, usually vegetable garden plants, that are grown in quantity and harvested while they are still juvenile plants.
We have been growing microgreens for ourselves and others since November 2023. They can be used in soups, salads, smoothies, sandwiches, stir fries, garnish and much more.
I'm dropping in to let you know what will be available for delivery this Thursday, April 11th. Our microgreens are cut fresh and delivered FREE to your door. Our cost is significantly lower than supermarket prices (if you can ever find them).
