Microgreens Anyone?

Now that outside gardens are wrapping up and summer produce is nearly gone, how would you enjoy fresh produce all winter long?

You could be in luck because we're expanding our client list for the winter.

Here at 2 GALS Farm Works we grow Microgreens all year round and deliver in the local (Underhill) area. Our microgreens are organically grown, cut fresh and delivered FREE to your door every other week.

We have been growing microgreens for ourselves and others since November 2023. They are healthy additions in soups, salads, smoothies, sandwiches, stir fries, garnish, pizza, burgers, snacks and much more.

Microgreens are tiny edible baby plants, usually vegetable garden plants, that are grown in quantity and harvested while they are still juvenile. They are packed with nutrients and really yummy.

Drop us a line and let us know if you'd like to try them. You can reply to this forum. All greens are delivered in 2oz ($5.00) and 4oz ($10.00) containers, harvested and delivered the same day. For your convenience we accept Square and Venmo (@galsfarmworks).
