If eclipse-chasing is making you hungry, stop by Nikos' Souvlaki on Sunday April 7 and Monday April 8, noon to 6pm. On the menu: Gyros (Lamb), Chicken Souvlaki, Pork Souvlaki, Falafel Tahini, Hot Dogs all beef (quarter lb.), homemade Spanakopita, homemade Baklava, soda and water. You can find the cart by following your nose to the parking lot of the Dormition Greek Church (30 Ledge Road, Burlington). Nikos' Souvlaki is donating all proceeds from this 100% outdoors event to the church.
