Come on…What's a little late season snow to Vermonters?
Join us at ART, etc. this Friday, April 5th, for our April & May exhibits featuring natural sculptures and abstract paintings, with interactive and fascinating creations.
Amy Abeyta creates wall and table sculptures using primarily natural materials. Most of her supplies are found in the forests & fields that surround her home in Randolph Center. She enjoys using items like fungus, moss, grapevines, wasp nests, feathers and many others. Incorporated together these sculpted pieces have a free-flowing sensibility that allows her to connect objects together in an intuitive way.
Randolph's Mark Rosalbo began painting and creating instillations in his basement during the pandemic. Several are simple abstracts, some geometric and others with splashes of color and design. Many of his paintings have a thoughtful perspective and statement, and this exhibit invites the viewer to interact and participate in one of his creations.
Drop by this Friday, April 5 from 5-7p for an Opening Reception celebration for these local artists Amy & Mark. Enjoy libations, snacks and live music from David Cron, with his creative guitar music. These exhibits will be on view until the end of May.
And, ART, etc. now has new, extended hours: Wed – Saturday 10-5pm!!
