Come hear a concert to summon the spring weather this weekend! but they sing in my soul: Songs Awakening Spring features mezzo-soprano Laurel Proctor-Mattingly, pianist Michael Sitton, and guest guitarist Greg Hayes in a performance of music that centers our human connection to the natural world. The concert includes a new song cycle composed by Sitton, Songs of Awakening, whose text is poetry by the late George Lisi, native of Calais.
