Charlotte Grange and Charlotte Seed Library
Spring is finally here, so let's kick off the gardening season together! Join us at the Charlotte Grange on Sunday, April 7, from 1 to 3 pm, to swap and share seeds and to connect with your fellow gardeners as we head into the 2024 season.
Maybe you've got a few extra seed packets you didn't quite use up last year, or maybe you've been saving your own seeds and have more than you need. Or perhaps you just couldn't resist the seed catalogs that filled your mailbox a few months ago, and you ordered more than your garden will hold. Bring those extra seeds to share, and pick up some new varieties to try out. But even if you don't have extra seeds to offer yet, please come anyways - we'll have plenty on hand!
We'll be there from 1 pm to 3 pm, with snacks and tea. Visit with other gardeners to swap and share stories, ideas, and inspiration. We'll have a UVM Cooperative Extension Volunteer Master Gardener on hand too, with resources and information about seed starting, seed saving, and gardening in general.
This event is co-sponsored by the Charlotte Seed Library and the Charlotte Grange, and will be held in the Grange building at 2858 Spear Street in Charlotte – for more information, contact Karen Tuininga at kknh.nh@gmail.com
See you there!
