Call to Order

The purposes of this meeting are to:

1) Discuss DuBois &King Engineering's proposed design amendment scope and fee estimate to evaluate the reconfiguration/resizing options to keep the construction costs for the proposed salt/sand shed within a $530-560k budget

2) Decide on next steps. The engineer's opinion of probable construction cost provided with the conceptual design submittal is $994,265.
