HIP HIP HOORAY – this 5 week series focuses on opening hips, shoulders, & chest.

Day: Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Dates: April: 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30

πŸ’ͺ🏼 WOMEN ON WEIGHTS (online via Zoom)
A full-body movement class designed to challenge Strength, Balance, Core!

Day Mondays, 5:30 - 6:20 PM
Dates: April 1st – June 17th (no classes 4/29, 5/27, & 6/24)
Cost: 10-week Session $130
Equipment: A mat, resistance band, large ball, & dumbbells.

Improve cardio endurance PLUS strengthen your core.
Join a community of women walking-at-their-own-pace, followed by a core-focused yoga/Pilates class inside the Grange Hall.

Day: Sundays, 8:30 - 9:45 AM
Dates: April 7 - May 5
Cost: $85 full session, drop-ins $17
